NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. e-GoldXpress.Com’s liability is limited to those funds which you have asked us to exchange for you, less fees. Because the speed of funding depends on various factors, including availability of funds from your Credit card.
Although reasonable care is taken to fund clients’ accounts with all due haste, e-GoldXpress.Com will not be responsible to clients for delays in funding their accounts.
You agree that you are of sufficient age in your country of residence to enter into a legally binding contract over the internet.
